Shri Ram Ayurvedic medical College and Hospital held the inauguration ceremony for the newly established Research, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship Development Cell on September 3, 2024.
The ceremony commenced with welcome of the Guest of Honour, Dr. Kanagana Yadav ( Managing Director).
She formally inaugurated the Research, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship Development Cell by cutting the ribbon followed by the lamp lighting ceremony performed by Dr. Kangana yadav, along with the Principal of the college, Dr. Sabiha Bano, the Vice Principal, Dr. Ravindra Nirwal, RIEDC coordinators- Dr Ruby Dahiya and Dr Jasmeet Kaur, members- Dr Deeksha, Dr Suchita, Dr Komal, Dr Monali, student members. All faculty members and students were also present. Dr. Kangana Yadav shared a few words with the audience expressing her appreciation for the initiative taken by the college to establish this cell, emphasizing the importance of integrating research, innovation and entrepreneurship with the traditional knowledge of Ayurveda. The Guest of Honour, was felicitated with a token of appreciation. The Principal, Dr. Sabiha Bano, and the Vice Principal, Dr. Ravindra Nirwal and RIEDC coordinators and members were also honored for their coordination in establishing the cell. A brief presentation was given by Dr Jasmeet kaur to highlight the vision, aim and objectives of the cell, and its role in promoting research, fostering innovation, and nurturing entrepreneurial skills for contemporary health challenges.
The ceremony concluded with a vote of thanks by Dr Ruby Dahiya, acknowledging the efforts of everyone involved in making the event a success. Following the vote of thanks, refreshments were served. The inauguration ceremony of the Research, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship Development Cell was a resounding success, marking the beginning of a new chapter in the college’s commitment to advancing Ayurvedic education and research. The event marked a significant milestone in the college’s journey toward fostering a culture of research, innovation, and entrepreneurship within the field of Ayurveda.
